The
CLR site was founded two years ago, and over that
time the site has grown considerably. Over the
last year, we've had almost a quarter of a million
hits, with regular users coming from 10 different
countries.
This
site is owned and operated by the UK Careleavers
Association as a non-commercial venture. Jim

Clear are two of the people heading up the
